Jim's Steakout

I ordered a Jim’s blue chicken, finger sub and I ordered extra blue cheese and extra onions and didn’t receive no blue cheese at all and it’s a blue sub…. It was already only 6 inches but how could y’all mess something up thats very simple!? I dont think they could read at that location!!!! Look at the location!!! Comprehension is free!!!!! And once again, how could you mess up something that’s printed on the screen dead in your face because I know how the store is set up and I have another monitor for DoorDash so it was done on purpose not putting blue cheese on the sub?? I honestly feel food service workers do things like this on purpose. Why wouldn’t you put blue cheese on the sub that requires blue cheese? Jims stakeout order was trash, just like their workers, especially at night!!!!

I’ve never had this happen in my life at a restaurant. Found a piece of plastic inside my taco. Food is usually decent, but this was definitely a shocking moment.

i love jim’s food, this specific location is NEVER accurate with times and the last 2x we ordered it, it was cold by the time i was able to eat it. I live 15 min away and so i typically place the order when i leave because it quotes 15 minutes, the order was ready when i was still 10 minutes away, for example it said be ready at 5:30-5:35, i then got a text message not even 7 min later that my order was ready. Why send an estimated time if it’s never accurate. if you go just order in store and wait. that’s the only way you can get it fresh.

The place smelled like mold when I went in but I needed fries and don't know NY so I ordered a large fry. That was a mistake for $6 and some change i got what they call a large fry. No thanks this is a rip off. I cone from a state that has actual to go containers for a large fry. Now i know what she didn't show me the size when I asked because she knew I'd walk away. Over priced and not that good. If I want a fry that size I will just go to MC Donald's . Those prices and portions explains why there was no other customers in the restaurant. Now that I looked at the fries let me add they are skin on (which is why i didn't go to Wendy's) skin on is the cheapest fries you can buy as a business and also disgusting. No one likes dirt fries.
