Jim's Steakout

I bought an 8 inch hoagie. I brought it home and the roll was burnt so I brought it back to him and they cooked me a new one . After I got home the second time I realized the second row was burnt too, so I'm basically done with them

I was told that when in the Buffalo area, I need to get a sandwich from Jim's so here I am. Not familiar with the menu, I chose their "Stinger" which is chicken tenders and cheesesteak with spicy sauce. As the only customer in the place at 7pm, I opted to take it to go and consumed it a half hour later. There's a lot of protein here but the famed spiciness was not present. A good mix of chicken and grilled steak and cheese, it's also very messy. Tasty but otherwise unremarkable. The restaurant is clean and there is plenty of seating down the side. The young lady who took my order was patient enough.

Staff are always friendly at the take-out window. Ordering and pick up are a breeze. Food is always delicious. Interior dinning could use TLC

I love this place, it's the chicken finger sub, it's just amazing. I love the stinger and their french fries. I would like to start trying other menu items but I always end up getting something i'm familiar with. I wish there was some kinda incentive to try new things. Even once a month deal, try a sampler of different items that are 1/4th the size for a fair price.

Philly cheesesteak is really good but $12 for 8 inches… That’s a little crazy to me for fast food but other than that this location I have no complaints. Staff is not rude and efficient.
