Jim's Pizza Chalet

The delivery driver is super sweet! Gave him a big tip! Ordered a well done pizza…. The crust is half raw…. Ordered the “loaded fries” no tomatoes. I got fries sprinkled with onion, a side of cheese sauce and a packet of sour cream where’s the bacon?…..ordered two subs, got one. The sub was the only thing worth eating. Not impressed. Do better guys!

I am extremely disappointed only gave it 1 star because i can't give zero.. I paid 31 dollars for an extra large pizza that was supposed to have pepperoni, ham, sausage, mushrooms on half with extra cheese and this is what I got a pizza that barely had any toppings. I didn't order a cheese pizza. Plus I had to wait over an hour to get it. The only nice thing about them was their delivery guy.

A buddy and me went and they double charged him then tonight they were an hour late with my pizza two mess ups in the same week doesnt feel like a coincidence. Kinda sad to see this place like this from what it was in the past

Your food is good but the delivery is slow I waited over an hour for my pizza.

Two times in A ROW that I have ordered from here it has taken almost two hours to get my food! We live four miles up the road. I waited an hour and called and they had the audacity to tell me it just went in the oven. Not only is their food and delivery fees becoming over the top now they think they have all night to make someone one large two topping pizza! Never again! I will make the drive to Top hat, better food, better vibe and better customer service. If you’re going to eat here you better go in person or pick it up or order it three hours a head so you can have your food in a timely manner. Never again!!!
