I'm just going to say this don't waste your money on this place. Food was below average boxed catfish nuggets i don't recommend. Service trash 🗑... How do you over and under cook at the same time... Wow... whomever visits this place must be regulars.. and there for support because it's not the food.

Pleasantly surprised by the food and service. Fiest time here and got the fried chicken, hot and tasty. Livers and gizzards were properly done, not over cooked to death like most places. Even the single serving slices of carrot cake was moist and tasted great. The woman at the counter was very pleasant and came by regularly checking on guests and supplying refills. Great lunch spot.

This is the best place in Salina to get chicken! It taste just like my grandma made it! Also the chicken and noodles is amazing! My parents love the liver and onions and tell me its a treat when I bring it home for them! If you want good homemade chicken, etc stop in to Jim's chicken, its the best in town!

I ordered catfish dinner with mashed potatoes and salad the lady didn't bother telling me salad was extra charge.My husband ordered country fried steak with mashed potatoes corn and salad and lady told him it only comes with 2 sides so he told her to take off the corn and again didn't bother telling him the salad was extra charge.My fish was slimy so I sent it back to be remade and instead of making a new one they just cooked the one I had longer..It didn't give a server name just said server 1.was there today Friday January 9th at 256 pm.Also every table in the house was dirty.Worse experience ever there.Paid 47 dollars for bad food and bad service

IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THE FOOD, TAKE IT BACK IMMEDIATELY FOR A REFUND!!! If you wait until the next day their idea of a refund for garbage is a gift card to buy more of their nasty food. Expensive and low quality food. Chicken strips greasy and squishy and that should have been one of the easiest things to make, the whatever roast beef dinner had a weird taste to the meat and the potatoes tasted the same as KFC ,honestly worse, and honestly feel nauseous after eating some. Better off going to KFC if you want greasy food, at least it's actually crispy and not over priced for its quality. I can't believe I ever recommended this place to anyone, let alone my own husband.
