I can’t express how much I enjoy eating at this Jimmy John’s location in Winchester. Their customer services is outstanding. They care about you as a person, they want you to be pleased with what you get and pursue quality. Communication of mangers and crew is also another reason I afore this location. Everyone I see is friendly, kind, courteous and have something a lot of venues I visit lack. Passion. The mangers and their crew, have passion. I’m not just a “number” when I walk through that door. I am a human being, who has feelings and they spot that and respond to that. Meaning, they listen to me if I have a question or come over to check on me even if I clearly have everything in front me, it doesn’t stop them from checking in or asking me about my day. Pulled up to the drive through and ended up pulling away without ordering because the woman taking our order was extremely rude and dismissive. When my husband didn’t understand her she slowed down her speech in such an exaggerated way as if talking to a child. We decided to just drive off. Suggest you work with her on her customer service skills. Awful!

*** update 5 years later…waited almost an hour for my sandwich to have mayonnaise when requested no mayonnaise. That’s fine it’s a mistake. I called the store, manager said are you sure it was mayonnaise on there? I offered to send pics, who knows how long it will take to get my replacement sandwich…? oh and I have to give the driver the old one as if I’m lying 🤷‍♀️ oh well it’s pretty obvious in the pics. I just called to get the correct sandwich it’s the being accused of being mistaken or lying is what did it for me. 😡 Every time I order delivery it’s a 45 minute wait or longer. I thought that this was supposed to be “freaky fast” or like others say “20 minutes”. If you’re ordering for the delivery time don’t bother!

I guess since they started toasted subs there going to act like subway with the meat, 2 slices of ham for a sub that cost 9 dollars, ridicules

First off, super clean. Love that! The service was excellent. They were very patient with us! The food was delicious! Definitely recommended 👌
