Stopped by Jimmy John's - Adams Ave and ordered the #9 Italian Night Club 🥖🇮🇹 — and of course, it was delicious! Fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you expect from Jimmy John’s 😋👏 What really stood out, though, was the service ⭐ A young lady named Candace was incredibly professional and attentive. At least that was the name listed on the receipt.. The one with the sweet specs! 👓 I honestly almost thought she was the owner or general manager! 💼✨ She made the whole experience smooth, friendly, and welcoming 😊 Great place to stop if you’re looking to get in and out quickly ⏱️ for a fantastic sub any night of the week 🌙🥪 Highly recommend! 🙌

Food wasn’t up to par. I would have asked for a refund after my first few bites but I don’t live in the area and didn’t want to waste more of my gas or money due to their behalf. I was the only car in the drive thru and it took over 15 mins just to get my food….cold food. They even said sorry for the wait. But why was there a wait? Nobody was inside and I was the only car. Wanted to try the new Mediterranean wrap because it looked amazing but was highly disappointed. Took over ten mins to make this cold wrap and there was barely any chicken. Highly disappointed. Tasted like I was eating a vegetarian wrap. Won’t ever be back. You can see in the picture one small piece of chicken compared to all the lettuce. Over $10 wrap for just lettuce. Smh

So very nice to go here on Thursday. The service was outstanding and the staff behind the counter. Was there to assist you in every waiting form. Everything was clean, including the bathrooms 🚻

I ordered the Thai Chicken Wrap. It was delicious with lots of toppings inside. Fast service. I'd come back and check out the interior next time. This location was recently converted from an older Arby's.

To provolone or not to provolone, is your only option. To suffer the outrageous lack of choice, No Swiss. No Cheddar. No American. Just a white slice of something mascarading as cheese called provolone. The provolone was on the sandwich but the taste of provolone failed to get onboard. Why is the bread cold? Can cold bread be fresh? Are toasters that expensive? Then there was the ham. I am reasonably sure the ham was ham, or at least 51% was ham. Perhaps mixed, pressed, formed and injected? I don't know. I know it was not my type of ham. Hopefully, your mileage will vary. Try the place. You might like it. You can entertain yourself with the new paint covering the old Arby's design.
