Jimmy John's

I've been too MANY Jimmy John's and I'm extremely disappointed in this one. I ordered 3 tuna slims and 1 roast beef slim and there's literally nothing on them! My tuna subs have enough tuna on them to cover the middle 3 inches of the bread and nothing on the rest, so you get mouthfuls of bread. The kicker was 2 TINY SLICES OF ROAST BEEF on the last one for my husband. I get they're slims, but that's ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! They're super thin and I don't even know how you can call any of these subs or sandwiches. I went inside to request more be put on my sandwiches and they informed me that's normal. When I mentioned that's never the way I've received anything at any other Jimmy John's, they looked at me like I was crazy. I've gotten the same thing at other Jimmy John's (we frequent your o

Overall I had a good experience here. The staff was polite and responsive. The restaurant was clean. My sandwich came out quickly. It wasn’t a complicated sandwich, but it was done very well and fast. I would be happy to come back again for another sandwich.

This was our 2nd visit to this location. My husband got the #9 and I got the #2. Both large so $27 worth of subs. My husbands sub was fixed well, but mine only had 4 pieces of roast beef on the entire sub. It was late last night when I actually got to eat it, here is what the 2nd half of the sub looks like. I did order without onions and lettuce (as both those items hurt me), but got pickles and tomatoes. Very unsatisfactory! I could’ve gone to Subway, paid less and gotten more. Don’t think I will be back.

I came in on august 28th to get my pickup order and when I got there apparently someone had already taken it. They refused to remake my sub after I showed proof that I bought the sub. I got there at 12:36 and they told me I had to wait until 2 until they could get it resolved. I live an hour away and expressed this to him and he said he couldn’t do nothing until 2 while there was only 2 people in the store. Then I called the store and asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager and still refused to help me. Only when I said I wanted to speak to the actual manager he said the manager was out of town. He didn’t even offer me a refund or store credit until I asked for the manager. Please fix this as this was super inconvenient and a total day ruiner considering I live so far

Wish I had read the reviews...I ordered a gargantuan in which and had to ask if they gave me the right thing. She looked at the sandwich and my receipt and confirmed it was. The sandwich I got was about half the size as the gargantuan at EVERY other Jimmy Johns I've order them at. Clearly this location is not adhering to the standard and is saving money at the customer expense. Drive down the road a few miles to get your money's worth.
