Second time I have ordered from here and my order was wrong. The first time the delivery driver returned to my home asking for my drink back thinking he gave me the wrong one which he didn’t. Both times my bread has been rock hard and called the first time and were rude so I didn’t bother to call the second time. Wont be ordering again. Very disappointed with the way they handle complaints.

Per the website the location is open until 10p. We skipped other options because this sounded better than fast food. We arrived at 9:20p. We approached the counter to order and we were informed they were closed. The entire counter had been cleared and all food put away for the night. This means they closed the restaurant around 9p. The option to order ahead was still available in the app. If your app and website say you’re open it’s unfair to close prior to the listed time. Especially, when you’re in a travel plaza. We are traveling through so there was no way to know this was closing early.

Screwed up the order in front of me and then argued with the customer even though the sandwich was clearly not made correctly. Then screwed up my sandwich and left off the avocado on the beach club. Poorly run and obviously don't know what they are doing.

It’s all you’d expect, except the customer service gave me the feeling of not being welcome. When I got my order (to go) they just put the food on the counter and said there it is. I asked for a bag and the woman bagging up other items simply pointed to bags on the other side of the counter and said there they are. I found that odd since I ordered it to go. Nothing too wrong…just wasn’t a welcoming visit.

Wonderful place to take your family. I took my grandchildren and they enjoyed their sandwiches!!! Also, they had plenty of seating for everybody and the tables were so clean! The service was amazing and in the future, if I am in a rush, the drive-thru will be perfect. Thanks for coming to St. Peter.
