Wow!! By far the best sub sandwich experience my husband and I have ever had in San Angelo. The two subs we got in the quick-moving Togo line, were top Notch quality! The freshness of the lettuce, veggies and bread was amazing!! And whoever built the sandwiches did a great job because it was tight, neat and FULLY loaded not only portion size but also with flavor. We even contemplated going back for a second sub EACH! Lol! We will definitely be back!!

I'm not a fan of this spot but it has more to do with the owner than the food. The food wasn't very impressive either. I go to Firehouse when I want a sandwich. The staff was great.

Better off going to firehouse. This sandwich shop was filthy and my order is never correct.

Spent $30 and couldn't even get a pickle spear. What the heck? Otherwise, it was good. Par for the course if you have ever been to a Jimmy John's. I got the 'El Pepe' , and the wife got a veggie...both giant. They were fresh and cold. 5 stars other than the lack of a pickle spear.

I almost always order on the app and pick up at the drive-through at this location. I have had a few minor mistakes on my orders, but the employees are always very apologetic and correct it. Overall, I am very pleased with the customer service I have experienced at the drive-through. My family and I have always been greeted by a polite, friendly person who seems to actually care about doing their job well. I can overlook a few mistakes and happily give my support to this restaurant when their employees place a high value on customer service.
