unfortunately being let down lately… tonight asked for extra mayo, received zero mayo on my sandwich, and no they did not mis hear me because on the receipt they have it written down “X-mayo.”…. simply a sign of not giving a crap by the employee who made it….

Great food and good service. Ordered there subs with my dad and brother and they were ready in about one minute. Absolutely love their bread. The atmosphere is fun and you can always get some good chuckles from their signage (one included in the review).

There food is good and all and I work with food service but I got denied a refund 4 weeks ago and was told to give me my number and they will have it in the system for me to get my sandwich that they missed and I paid for and they would give it to me, today I went in and told them about it and they said it was not in the system, the fact they they denied my refund and on top didn’t give me what I paid for is not okay technically stealing money from me. What kind of place denies refunds because where I work we don’t do that we give back a refund , on top of that I did have a receipt and gave them the number of the receipt the day they forgot my sandwich and of course I lost it today because I assume since they had my number in the book its fine but I guess not, Do BETTER , this is a managem

If I could give zero stars I would. I have had nothing but issues with this location and their store manager, Doug. I used to tip all the time, even when they can’t read an order and would make the sandwich wrong and/or forget chips/cookies/sauces/napkins/straws. This last time I ordered. I received the correct drinks, and a sandwich that looked disgusting, supposed to be a chicken bacon ranch toasted. The chicken looked so gross I threw it away, after taking a picture of it. It was uneatable, I would’ve gotten sick from eating it, as it looked like TUNA!! I also ordered another sandwich with 2 bags of chips and a cookie, didn’t receive any of that. I was told BY THE STORE MANAGER, that at first we could make a second trip to pick up the rest of the order BUT REFUSED TO REMAKE THE CHICKEN
