Jimmy John's

I ordered the turkey tom unwhich on doordash and they sent me this 5 inch wrap. Cost me over $17. Worst portion/price ratio I've seen. They don't tell you on doordash how big the sandwich is supposed to be (terrible) but I know it should be at least 6 inches. I left a review on doordash and they haven't replied. They're not gonna get me a refund. I've always been a huge Jimmy John's advocate. Love the sandwiches and at a good price. But now I'm going to avoid them and tell everyone they're gross and expensive

Last 5 times barely any meat and I get a lettuce wrap. . Like one slice come on peopls. Your sandwiches are expensive so pony up

It's not worth the money. Bad customer service. Food doesn't even come close to what it should look like or taste like. Takes over an hour if you get it delivered. Nothing fast about it and it is freaky. Freaky how bad the sandwiches are.

I usually order once a week and have delivered. Food is good and the delivery is prompt. The delivery drivers are very courteous and friendly.

Perfect customer service. First time visiting and the manager was extremely helpful and patient with me! Will be returning just because of her. Not to mention the unwich was delicious!
