Jimmy John's

We actually ordered from this Jimmy John's pretty regularly and today was just such a terrible experience. I called back because the lettuce on our veggie sandwich was inedible. It was brown and rotten. We took photos and I called back to let him know and the guy there was like. Well lettuce looks that way sometimes. Didn't offer any solutions. I asked to leave my phone number for a manager and the person on the phone just didn't say anything wouldn't take my phone number. If the manager happens to see this review, I'd appreciate if you tried to reach out. We were there at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 12th.

I’m not normally one to leave a negative review, but my experience at this Jimmy John’s was horrendous. I ordered ahead for an ASAP pickup. My order was placed at paid for at 6:02pm; however, when I arrived at 6:27pm my order hadn’t even been started. The store had five people in it, two people worked there, and I was the third. Once I had gotten in, it took an additional six minutes to make my two sandwiches. Please know, as I was walking in, one of the five people was already walking out, and the person ahead of me only ordered day old bread. Unfortunately, the disappointment doesn’t stop there. The meat in the sandwiches were WARM, and no, I didn’t order my meals toasted. The orders themselves weren’t correct either. Finally, and I know this is such a small thing, but I really wanted

I do not recommend going here, you they don't know the meaning of customer service and they don't care about their customers at all, if you want your sandwich toasted you better tell them even though online it says it's toasted, cause they don't ask and they won't take it back to toast it. The only way they would do it was if I bought a whole new sandwich. Angela, the GM apparently,, doesn't even know how to talk to a customer. I will probably Neverending eat at Jimmy John's again thanks to her and this specific establishment.

I get the same sandwich everytime and this current #16 was so sad. Couldn't even find the turkey buried under some sad lettuce. I called the store to tell them I was disappointed and they didnt care to help. Never coming back if their sandwiches have gone down hill this far!

EVERYTIME I come to this Jimmy John's they ALWAYS get my order completely wrong. I was about to order each sandwich separately so it wasn't so much in one order, they get really confused when you ask for things on your sandwich. I think because you have to tell them at the register all you want on your sandwich gets the confusion. I asked for two sandwiches on bread (wheat bread, regular bread- not a sub roll). One was a turkey bacon club with no tomato on extra lettuce, another one was a veggie with extra lettuce, extra pickle and extra peppers I got none of that and it was put on a roll instead. Maybe instead of having it the "jimmy way" they should ask customers what they would like on there sandwich and with what kind of bread. And make sure they put it in the ticket, read the order b
