I was just in this store, 01/22. I had to use restroom. Gave the $100 to my hubby. Guy says our money wasn't real I felt terrible, because I knew the bill was real. I just paid for my food with a small $ . The guy made me feel like I was doing a fraudulent act.. He could have said he didn't have any change , but not just lie like that. As an Afro American, woman Ive never been rejected this way. People need to be mindful of there actions, we all aren't crooks.. This store needs to do better.. Treat people properly, . Dont bring big bills to this store and be Black..... please.

We rarely order here and decided today for sandwiches. I ordered 2 Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwiches and they both had a lot of vegetables. My husband doesn’t eat the veggies so he took them off. His sandwich was left empty. NO MEAT beside 2 strips of bacon. He ate an empty sandwich. After a hard days work you get to eat a flat sandwich. DO BETTER

UPDATE: VERY LITTLE MEAT IS PUT ON YOUR SUBS HERE. I was wondering why I kept biting through bread and toppings… I opened up the sandwich to see where the turkey was and basically a half of slice of turkey. I guess they spread out a couple slices.My photos are not exaggerated I wish I would have opened it sooner. Do not waste your money here. There are other reviews about this I wish I read those first. $14.00 for a sandwich filled with vegetables… It’s Jimmy Johns fresh ingredient sub place. The ingredients are always fresh and tasty … I appreciate the unwich option. However the dudes working here can use a little training in customer service… it just lacks way too much. Service is a bit slow… seems like there is always 1 or 2 ppl working.

I went to try the chicken Caesar wrap and there was nothing but futons, lettuce and a little bit of chicken and I mean a little bit of chicken. The chicken was only in the middle. Packed with a lot of sauce I paid $11 for just the wrap only to get cheated out of my money never again will I go to Jimmy John's. thanks but no thanks

Pretty sad place and at a pretty sad plaza. Dirty tables. Sad looking staff. Napkins highly guarded. The sandwiches are pretty mediocre. The atmosphere is a perfect place to tell a significant other that you want a divorce after 3 kids and 10 years, or if it’s your last day before turning yourself in to the law, but you want a quick snack while laying low.
