Jimmy John's

I was hesitant to stop at this Jimmy John's because of all the bad reviews, but I had time constraints and it was the closest. I came here around noon on a Saturday. The employee working the register was having some issues, another person who I suspect might have been the manager helped them. No big deal. Sandwiches were great. It was fast. Everything you expect from Jimmy John's.

I do not go to Jimmy John’s often because I don’t like most of the food, but I can get down with a chicken bacon ranch any day. My boyfriend and I decided to meet up on his lunch break at this location. Go in everything is fine. There are two employees and one very power trippy manager. As we sit down to start eating Mr. I’m in charge started yelling at his employees that you could tell were doing their best with the delivery orders, drive through, and a FULL store of people. When I say yell I mean it was echoing throughout the whole building. I have video of it because it actually shocked me. At one point he aggressively said “I’m in charge” when responding to one of the two and it just made me wanna gag. I didn’t end up finishing my food. We placed a catering order for a bridal party for lunch for the day of a wedding. The sandwiches were supposed to be delivered at 11:30 on a Friday. We went into the store and paid cash for the order on the Tuesday before. On Friday, the day of the wedding we got a confirmation that the order was out for delivery. After it didn’t show up for an hour we called to see what was going on. At first we were told that we called and cancelled the order. When we informed them that was not correct we were told that we left with the sandwiches on Tuesday. As we stood there to make sure they made the sandwiches and then take them back to the bridal party they refused to address the situation. The order ultimately was not correct. Placed an order for delivery at 12:05pm on a Monday (12:29). I never received my order, and when I called the store an hour later I was told they can “credit my Jimmy John’s account” but not refund my original form of payment?? This seems sketchy and I am not sure how this is even legal? How can you charge me and not refund me for something I never even received? Supposedly I will be receiving a call back once they “speak to IT and get it resolved”, but I do not think it should be my responsibility to have to jump through so many hoops to get money refunded when I NEVER RECEIVED THE FOOD.

Always have ordered pickup, food quality is top notch. If I could had rated food quality a 6 I would’ve. Friendly and Kind staff as well.
