Jimmy John's

I rarely order food delivered, but I had a long day and wasn’t interested in cooking. I ordered a JJ gargantuan and a cookie from Uber eats and when the ordered was received it was just lettuce and tomato with a lot of mayo. I reached out to the store to find out if they accidentally gave me the wrong order. I was on hold for a minute then the Manager Mariah answered, I explained to her what was going on and immediately was told that she couldn’t do anything for me except to give me the General Managers email. Obviously this conversation did not go well and left me with the impression that the management at this particular location is not trained to handle any situations. Nonetheless I spent $27 to end up with nothing. Well not completely nothing, I have a cookie that I ordered.

Back at Jimmy John's, we ordered Bootleggers and a Club Tuna wrapped in lettuce. We always enjoy Jimmy John's, though the service wasn't as fast as we've come to expect. The place was clean with available seating. The staff was busy making mobile orders, but the food was still good. Overall, it was a solid experience despite the slight delay.

This was my first visit to any Jimmy Johns restaurant. It was a Wednesday afternoon at 12:45 p.m. There was one customer at the register and no other customers in the lobby. Immediately to the left of the door was some shelving with sandwiches on them. This was for people who ordered ahead of time and walked in to pick up their food. I was ordering take out. I was greeted by the person at the register as well as another person who was preparing the food. My initial impression was that the staff was very friendly and I immediately felt welcomed by them. Having never eaten at this chain before, I ordered the #2 Big John and asked the lady at the register what comes on it. She told me it has Roast Beef, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise and she mentioned provolone, giving me the impression t

Jimmy John's is a great place to go for a quick bite. They are not only speedy fast but they are freaky fresh. I love Jimmy john's and it's not only the free smells but it's also the great people that work there. If no one has tried their barbecue chips with kick and ranch yet they are missing out in life. This is a great place to go place to go for lunch and/or dinner.

Ordered ahead on the app and it went very smoothly. Order was correct. They had a catering order at the same time and did let incoming customers know there would be a bit of a wait since they had so many orders at once. They were moving fast though ans doing their best. Honestly great customer service, i felt bad they had to take a lot of sassiness from incoming customers.
