Food is excellent but why takes so long for an order to be done? Why on the app said is going to be done at 10:30am ( restaurant opens at 10am) and make me wait over 10 min? Is not the first time that happens. Sorry makes me not to spend my money there again.

Food is usualluly good. Its clean. Workers dont care and dont pay attention. I waited in drive through for 10 min and then went to the window to see 5 workers come walking from the back doing nothing and looking confused when I told them nobody was answering the drive through.

I didn't realize it was freaky slow thought it was supposed to be freaky fast I waited over 40 minutes for my delivery that is just wrong and unacceptable

Need to reevaluate how long you’re baking the bread. It shouldn’t be so dry and crusty that it cuts up my mouth. Confer with Kearney’s north store, they have it down to perfection!

Freaky fast is a loose phrase here 10-20 minute drive through waits. This is why lex cannot have nice things. Food is decent as long as they remember to put meat on the sub.
