Customer Reviews
We order quite a bit of JJ and we can never get an order delivered within an hour. When calling today I was told "ordering at 11 is our busiest time" and that we should just try ordering after 1pm. The inconsistency of delivery is pretty bad and to the point that I now cannot even eat was ordered due to meetings I now have to go into.
The food is always delicious and fresh. Customer service is hit or miss but I’m not there to be fawned over. As long as my order is right and I’m in and out quickly, I’m happy!
Ordered 2 sandwiches and a coke and the sandwiches were done before I could fill my coke. Always quick and delicious.
They were very rude not customer friendly what so ever. Horrible attitude we will not be coming here again. We asked what soda was diet replied with “look at your cup” in a very rude manner. Very sarcastic not a good welcoming environment.
Freaky fast and delicious as promised! Service is so friendly.
