Jimmy John's

I was disappointed in the boy her took my order. I had to repeat myself many times as he was more interested in other people in the restaurant than taking my order. At the end of my order I asked for my cups when he informed me that I had not said I wanted everything in a combo. I then had to remind him that I did ask for a combo for all of the sandwiches and asked him if he remembered that he asked if I wanted chips or a cookie and I had asked for chips. He then said, “oh yeah!, sorry I don’t charge you for that so I can’t give it but I can charge you for a drink and chips for all of em.” I said no. He was not apologetic, attentive or polite. He is clearly uninterested in the job he is doing and made my experience one of frustration rather than convenience. I’ll need to make a second stop

First off- it smells SO GOOD in here!! They do have a sign that says "Free Smells," and it does not disappoint 😂 Why is Jimmy John's superior? Their bread. Period. Their bread is the absolute best, freshly baked and ready to go. My sandwich hit the spot. I recommend!

The amount of ANYTHING you request can vary. I asked for "extra Jimmy peppers," the screenshot I'm including is the actual amount of peppers they put in our sandwich, MINUS the peppers I removed before the screenshot was taken. They also put on too much oil and vinegar, but, usually it's the right amount, and they are really good at this location.

Ordered Jimmy John's today because the delivery is normally quick and the delivery charge is decent. Today it took over 50 minutes to get my food. When it arrived it felt pretty light. When I checked the sandwich my Kickin Chicken Sandwich had no Chicken. Now I understand mistakes, they happen, but guest service recovery is key to any mistake. This was handled poorly. When I called to let them know I didn't have any Chicken on my Chicken sandwich (See picture) I was asked "Are you Sure?" of course I'm sure, if I wasn't I wouldn't be calling. They then said they could make another delivery but it would be a long wait. Or they could put my name on a card for the next time I called and I could get a Sandwich. Not cool, either expedite a new sandwich or refund the entire order and allow me to
