Freaky SLOW and treated with disrespect is what we received. Came in with my landscapers, ordered 3 sandwiches. 1 customer behind me ordered 3 as well. Another customer came in and ordered 1. We were sitting there waiting then the customer with the 3 sandwiches got his and he gave me a confusing look and thought that they mistakenly gave my sandwiches to him. He even asked me what I ordered just to confirm that it's not mine and even said sorry as he was walking out. The other customer also got his and left so i walked up to the counter and the folks in the kitchen had the audacity to ask me "what did you order?" I responded "Isn't it in your system?" One of the employees clicked his tongue and rolled his eyes at me like I'm supposed to be keeping track of the order for the staff. Keep

This place deserves 5 stars every time I double the lettuce on a turkey tom they make sure I feel it. One time they didn't have any french bread because someone back ordered it all but honestly I can't complain cause I would do the same. W

Our company frequently orders from this Jimmy John's location due to its proximity to our office. Unfortunately, my team recently encountered a poor experience. Not all items from our order arrived, and when we politely called to address the issue, both employees we spoke with—including the manager—were unwilling to deliver the missing food. The manager was unable to provide the corporate contact number and interrupted me on the phone. The employee who said he packed and delivered our order, impolitely insisted everything was included. We simply wanted to eat lunch during a meeting, not to deal with accusations. Disappointing service for loyal business customers. Was also told we would hear from the location after this experience, and have yet to hear from them.

Great subs that are always delicious and fast. The chips are great. Delivery is quick. Limited parking.

I was at work. It was lunchtime. I craved a yummy and tasty sub. My mind immediately thought of Jimmy John’s and how I missed their unique subs and “free smells”. So, off I went. I arrived at a time whereas the establishment was pretty empty. The employees were respectful and attentive. My food was prepared quickly and as I ordered. And I just love their little ice bits for soft drinks. So, it was as good as it could get… well, except for if I would have somehow won the lottery or was presented with a VIP JJ Card which gives me free subs for life (hint hint corporate dudes and dudettes). As The Terminator has said a few times before: “I’ll be back!”
