Can I give ZERO?! THERE IS WHAT LOOKS LIKE A PUBIC HAIR IN MY SANDWICH! Thank god i always lookin my food before eating. Don't go here today, the staff seem to be adding their own ingredients. No lunch for me today! Disgusting

I'm not trying to be a Karen but this happens all the time... I don't know if it's an issue with ordering off the app or what, I selected the option for no tomato's and also asked for pickles but no pickles... Delivery guy was nice and courteous.

Overall we are happy with Jimmy John's in Hutchinson, MN. The bread & veggies are fresh (most of the time) and the service is ok, but depends on who is working at the time. Some people are friendly & polite, and some not that much... but we love the sandwiches from J.J. way too much, so we keep going back, at least 5-6 times a month. The dinning area is nice & clean, but sometimes the music is very loud and it's difficult to hear the cashier when is talking. There is plenty parking and easy access in/out of the restaurant. There are also other stores nearby, like T-Mobile, Walmart, PetSmart, Runnings, Target and Gas Stations.

For the slogan of being freaky fast, we arrived as the only vehicle in the drive through and proceeded to wait 21 min for two sandwiches to be made with four workers present and no other customers in the building... Our consultation prize was that we could eat our chips and finish our pops while we waited.

Sandwhich bread was soaked in oil, dripping. Salami meat was old had brown throughout 😕 couldn't eat it. Horrible experience, will never go back.
