Jimmy John's

Food is good. Food is fast. However any time I go in the evenings, there is an issue. I believe the young man working may be alone? I always see only him. I order 2-3 sandwiches every time. I always ask for my sandwiches to be cut in half and only 1 ever is out of 3. And the person working seems to be wearing the same gloves to prepare food, touch the drink machine/registers, AND take card/cash at the window. Im not saying this to rag the young man, but as someone with 12 years in the Food service industry, that is not following Food safety procedures. I'm saying this to hopefully get that young man some help so he doesnt have to do everything himself. Yes I will be returning.

There is no such thing as a perfect sand----- Everything we have ordered here tastes great and looks like it could be on a commercial. Friendly and knowledgeable staff - fast and convenient service. They have it all.

This was only my second time trying Jimmy John's and first time trying toasted it was great and customer service at this location is excellent.

Jimmy Johns in Harrisburg Sd is great. Staff here have been very nice and helpful. Food is always fresh and excellent.

Horrendous Customer Service - Never Got Our Food, Just a Nightmare I have never experienced such an infuriating level of incompetence and complete disregard for customers. We placed an order through the Jimmy John’s app from the Harrisburg location, and within minutes, we received a notification that the store had called an Uber for delivery. This already felt strange, but the app stated our food would arrive in ten minutes. Thirty minutes passed - nothing. I called the store, and no one answered. Eventually, I realized our food had never been picked up, and to make matters worse, the store closed without a single attempt to contact us.
