The best Jimmy John’s unwich I have ever had! They loaded it up and it was just as hearty as a regular sandwich. Very impressed.

I've visited this location 3 times since it's convenient to pickup my order on my way home from work. Only one of those visits did I receive a correct order. On my 1st order, They didn't put any meat on an Italian night club sandwich and that was quite the surprise when I got home to eat my dinner. I complained and never heard back from management. My wife somehow convinced me to order again a couple weeks later from this location and they got that order correct. So today I decided to try them again and this time was ridiculous. I get home and open my sandwich only to find no joke, 2 pounds of lettuce, onion, oil and mayo all soaked into soggy bread. There was meat this time but the sandwich wasn't edible. I couldn't even hold it without oil dripping or the sandwich falling apart due to th

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered THE ORIGINAL COMBO WHICH IS 13 DOLLARS AND THEY CHARGED ME 20 DOLLARS. THEN THEY DIDNT GIVE A REFUND FOR WHAT THEY ADDED TO MY ORDER AFTER I DEMANDED IT.

I pre-ordered sandwiches for groomsmen getting ready on the day of the wedding. The employee at Jimmy John's was very helpful in guiding me to appropriate sandwiches & amounts to purchase. The sandwiches were ready for pickup, making the entire process smooth & trouble free.

I've always liked their sandwiches because they taste very good and use fresh ingredients. There is a great variety of types to choose from, too. Like their advertising says they are freakishly fast. Your sandwich is always ready before you even finish getting your soda.
