The guy taking my order creeped me out from the moment I entered. I tried to order a sandwich and he was more interested in weird jokes, saying I dropped something on the floor when I didn’t, and just nonstop unprofessionalism during the entire order. I wanted to leave and should have! I will never go back to this location!

The food is good, I used to love JJ’s before it was sold to Inspire Brands, now all the restaurants are forced to do so many extra things and it takes away from the “Freaky Fast” origins.

Great food and service. Tony handled complicated orders with grace and a great attitude, highly recommend this shop because of the great people who work here !

Huge sandwiches are the highlight here! The staff is friendly and service quick. The restaurant is clean, including the restrooms. The atmosphere is fun, with Jimmy John's trademark hilarious signage everywhere. The restaurant also does a great job with catering.

I’d rather have my 20 back! This was the first time going to Jimmy John’s. I think it’s trying to be like firehouse subs but they missed the mark. Only one type of white bread and it’s tiny! No toppings. Seriously the skinniest sandwich in history. This is the “giant” size. It took around 45 minutes for them to make this!!! And they made it incorrectly and had to wait longer. There was a nice lady working who did apologize that it was wrong and took so long. I wouldn’t ever consider this restaurant in the future. Save your money or go somewhere else.
