literally never a bad experience here. every time i order, i am treated with kindness and patience. the lady working the register was super sweet and deserves a raise

I ordered a Sandwich and a drink trying to get a meal. The price on this thing said 1295 to make it a meal and I get to the window and I was like hey I thought it said 1295 to make it a meal. and he goes. yeah those prices change a lot. So that’s not the real price for a meal for a favorites. I said wow, OK so then you probably should not have that on your sign and take it down and the kid was so rude and was like yeah well I don’t know what to tell you. Also got my food and the bread is extremely hard. It will not let me upload a video or I would. L This place is ran by extremely rude children with no customer service experience whatsoever. I would not recommend going there.

Was told delivery was on its way 45 minutes after it should've been delivered. Delivery never came. Called again and was told it was left at the door. Absolutely incorrect. I have a door camera. Prices have doubled. Didn't get the order and didn't get a refund. Do not order from this place for delivery.

Gosh talk about great service great food and fresh. I absolutely LOVE this sandwich shop. Top notch 👌 👏 Thank you Eureka Jimmy John's for always being so amazing. BTW you need a store out in high ridge (wink wink) 😉 😜. No really your employee's are the best.

Horrible! Absolutely horrible and don't understand portions whatsoever when making a sandwich. My wife stopped to get me the #16 with kicken ranch added and while I love the kicking ranch, they thought it was necessary to put a whole damn gallon jug of it on the damn sandwich. Pretty damn nasty when you feel like your drinking a jug of sauce while eating your sandwich. A little goes a long way. Or how about don't charge for the sauce on the side and I'd just order it that way.
