Jimmy John's

This is the second time I have went to this place and ordered a tuna sandwich and barley got tuna on it. The last time I complained about it, they made it right. They gave me extra on the sandwich when I came back and some in a container. I will not spend another dime at this place if business. I’ve been a loyal customer but I can’t with this. I paid $8.81 total for this. The last time was worst than this nor they can have the entire business. I WILL NOT BE BACK ‼️ If you think I will ask the others on my list of NOT GOING BACK. Jimmy John’s Duncan, SC that was your last chance.

Excellently clean location with bright, spotless bathroom and caring staff. Cashier spoke to another customer who asked about an absent co-worker, “her mother broke a leg and she needed to be with her.” They shared concerns and I appreciated the friendliness displayed. Cashier was patient as I asked questions & placed my order rather slowly (feeling long road trip brain drain).

Tuna picklewich was a good recommendation from one of the employees. Sam provided excellent customer service and provided some great recommendations from the menu. We enjoyed our first vist and will definitely be back.

Another wonderfully done jimmy John’s. It was clean and I was able to get my food fast. I ordered the the club lulu and was glad I did. Also I thought the staff was very friendly.

Hailey was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful, not to mention super fast and accurate with our order! Accidentally placed our order to the incorrect restaurant and by the time I was off the phone with the other location, our order was ready! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location, especially if you can have Hailey make your sandwiches!
