Food and location are fine but I can officially no longer count on one hand the number of times they've gotten my order incorrect. Don't order on the app, order in person and watch them make it so you can catch mistakes in real time. Apparently reading isn't their strong suit.

It has been over four years since I ate at Jimmy John's, but I still receive emails from them. I made a pickup online order for my free side that was offered for my birthday. There were a few employees inside when I entered the quiet establishment. I greeted a male employee and placed an order for a sandwich to go along with the side. This place is great! 👍🏼 the smile when you enter, the cleanliness and the friendliness while you order! Talk about service. Walk around and read, men check out the bathroom, ladies too - some good humor while you wait for your order.

The general manager, Kaneem, at the Sample Road location was so kind! I will definitely be ordering more sandwiches from this location.

We order every weds from jimmy johns. Today I ordered the spicy east coast Italian boxed lunch. I have to say it was one of the better sandwiches I had in my life. Have tried their other sandwiches. This one stands out. Try for yourself
