Jimmy John's

Fresh French bread with deli sliced thin meats served cold make for some nice cold cuts. Jimmy Johns as a company is really consistent across locations and this one holds true to that. My only complaint is that they don’t do extra mayonnaise. Even when asked for extra mayo, I always end up with what I would consider a regular amount or even light mayo. This leads us to have to request mayo packets every single time. The kettle chips are often on the crispier side of kettle chips, but still compliment the sandwiches. Love that this location has a drive-thru.

Twice now our office has ordered lunches & picked them up thru the drive-thru only to discover when back at the office, we did not get our complete order. Jimmy John's would not deliver the missing items nor refund our card. They only offered a "store credit". Zero customer service ATTN: Upper management (owners)!

Had 2 catering orders this weekend that were purchased to feed the medical staff at CAMC Memorial as a thank you for taking care of my dad. They fulfilled the orders with short notice and were so accommodating and friendly. The orders were ready when I walked in and the employees knew immediately the order I was referring to.

The cashier was so friendly! Very attentive, and the food was incredible.

Love, love, love Jimmy John's! We were thrilled that there is a new location that had easier parking vs downtown. Great service with a smile and the sandwiches are always top notch! UPDATE - since starting keto this is one of my new favorite places to eat. I absolutely love their unwiches. This is their low-carb option with no bread and it's basically a lettuce wrap. One of the things I love about it is even though it has a lettuce wrap if it still has lettuce on the sandwich they add the shredded lettuce on the inside which adds great texture. My favorite is the Italian Night Club unwich!!! I prefer that now with a pickle quartered on the side. I always dig in so it's hard for me to get a picture of it. Lol
