Just went to pick up a $20.16 inch turkey sandwich with This tiny amount of meat I called to let them know and they said that there’s nothing they can do that is their portions for $20 for this sandwich. It’s a rip off their customer. Service sucks and it’s absolute bullshit. I do not recommend these people at all.‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Came in during the lunch rush a little worried cuz I was in a hurry but nope it was done super fast and delicious! The young lady Jasmine was super friendly and suggested what to order for my pickey 6 years old granddaughter (btw she loved it ate the whole thing) will definitely come back

This had to have been the worst experience of the new year… i bought a ultimate porker sandwich and it was absolutely the messiest sandwich ive ever paid for, when I confronted staff about it i was told (it is what it is)….. I have to be kidding right? (I’m not) then fallowing that comment was thats how we make them really fast.. this was from the heavy set female with dark hair that claimed to be the manager on shift I can’t belive the customer service at this location rude!rude!rude! I wish the actual manager would give me a call or better yet the corporate office

Absolutely HORRIBLE location. The staff here is extremely unprofessional and rude! Never have i ever encountered where we have to bag our own food when taking out. I’m not sure what this girls issue was but she was by far the rudest employee i have had to deal with. When asking for the manager she also was rude and didn’t want to give me their names to report them to upper managers but i did get a photo. I was scared to even eat my food not knowing if they did something to it. If you don’t like your job or people. Quit!

Pictures of menu items are far better than the actual food you get. This is the beach club. One piece of turkey. I mean come on! This is ridiculous! Are they telling employees to cut back on the meats because this is just a sad sandwich. Not worth the price! Fast service because they don’t spend time putting meat on your sandwich. Do better Jimmy John’s.
