Had to order thru online app in order to get a discount on the sandwich. Total was incorrect however the store made the correct adjustment by days end. Would recommend this store for your purchase. Favorite sandwich #10 with everything plus cucumbers.

This is the worst sandwich place I have ever been to. Don't bother ordering your sandwich here if you like a good, full sandwich. I ordered a JJBLT, veggie and (not so) spicy east coast Italian. Each sandwich had barely any ingredients on it. The "spicy" italian has 3 little spicy peppers on it. If you want a decent sandwich, skip this place.

I bought a six inch Turkey Tom and the barely put any turkey on it. No tomato’s when I asked for them it was a little letuce and a few pickle slices. Don’t know who made my sandwich today because they’re usually decent. Never consistent. I work at the VA a few blocks away. I won’t waste my time going here anymore. Who want’s a bread and lettuce sandwich?

Sometimes freaky fast and other times freaky slow. So we'll meet in the middle with 3 stars. Today I was the only car in drive thru and it took me 10 minutes to get my food despite having placed my order via the JJ app. The sandwiches are great except for today. I asked for lite mustard and when I got back to work and took a bite, it was oozing out of every direction lol.

Great service. Excellent communication. Ordered 4 wraps. They were all good. Look forward to the wraps in the summer from JJ.
