I recently tried the lettuce wrap at Jimmy John’s, and it was a great alternative to their regular sandwiches! The lettuce was fresh and crisp, and it held all the ingredients together perfectly. I went with their Turkey Tom, and the flavors were spot on—light, but satisfying. It’s a great option if you’re looking for a healthier, low-carb meal without sacrificing taste. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick as usual. I’ll definitely be coming back for another lettuce wrap!

I ordered my subs to go and for the first time, they actually wrote our "names" on the wrappers. Whoever took the time to write out all the Ms I put on mine when I ordered made our day. Seriously, I was having a bad day and trying to be silly when I ordered. You didn't have to send it back to me like that, but you did and I want you to know what a kick my girls and I got out of it! The subs were delicious and hit the spot, but more importantly, I truly appreciated that you took the time to cheer me up and still make them freaky fast! Well done, guys!

This rating is 100% for the woman working all alone on a busy Sunday, fielding impatient customers so professionally. Jimmy Johns alone would get one star for making her work alone. They make enough money to pay for more than one support staff to work at their shop

The worst service and experience. Experienced a very crappy employee talking to coworkers about ordering drugs to the store then getting upset about the drug delivery canceling. Yelling the store and preparing the worst sandwiches. Never going back there again. What a horrible employee they should be terminated.
