Jimmy Jacks Wings & Burgers

I noticed they raised the prices. That's fine, prices are rising. The issue is that the box of fries and onion rings have way less food. Also, The lady named Laura forgot stuff fromy order and I had to drive back. The lady gave me everything that was missing and didn't say a word. No professionalism. What's worse is that they seeme to have thrown the burning hot fried food straight into the Styrofoam containers causing it to melt onto my fries and onion rings. I had to toss them because they stunk like palatic. I did not want to drive back once again. Im taking the loss but this is the last time I'm giving this business my money.

Always love coming here, the restaurant is always clean and the employees are always kind and the food is always delicious. Highly recommended for anyone in the area and the food is affordable.

I ordered the honey-hot wings, and they were decent—not bad, but nothing special enough to make a trip just for them. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering suggestions on the menu. However, the surrounding area is less than ideal, with a noticeable presence of homeless individuals nearby.

The first time I came here.. it was thee best thing. Fries were perfect. Wings were delicious cooked to perfection and their sauces are good. I was thrown off by the tiny teenie weenie ranch they gave but all was well.. cause the food hit sooo good. I went back it was ehhh. Bad day I thought. I just went back today. Guy was super nice. I waited in drive thru for a good 15 mins... I wasn't tripping though cause I was thinking everything is gonna be FRESH!!!!! I got my food . Now I ate it right away.. I didn't wait 10 15 mins to eat it. But when I opened the wings. There were cold... The fries were still a bit warm... Just sad .. I had a craving for wings... Got excited cause of the wait ( making my food fresh). Just to be let down.... I hate when I spend money and it isn't good ..at least t

Completely changed my original review, Destiny took my order yesterday for dinner and I was extremely impressed. She is an excellent worker and such an honest, friendly, efficient employee. The food was delicious, fresh and very affordable. Thank you so much 💓
