Jet's Pizza

Aweful service. Called when got home. Didnt check before leaving pizza should have been deep dish large 8 corner aloha. Placed another 4 corner deep dish. Crust bubbled up like paper some even look like paper.. On some pieces not any toppings thrown together with bbq sauce no cheese. Wasnt edible. Would not remake nor give money back. Never been there before and would not go back. Need to be refunded but person refused said this us what I ordered. Zero stars is unfortunately an option but the earned it for sure. Worst take out experience I’ve had in years tbh. Place a take out order, used a 5 dollar coupon. Asked to split the payment at the register, and was told the entire order had to be voided and entered as a walk in order (thus voiding my coupon). Mind you, there’s 3 employees there and NO ONE knows how to accomplish such a simple task. This was insult to the fact that I placed the order THEN waited another 20-25 mins for two pizzas (medium) wings, and side salad. It was beyond clear to me nobody wanted to there and that’s ok. I hope they get their wish and this place closes soon so they can go do whatever it is their hearts desire. Owner - get you business in order before they lead you to bankruptcy.

I literally just called to ask about why my refund hadn’t returned yet from an online order that got cancelled for some reason that’s not on my part. They answered my refund question & then hung up before I could ask anything else. I called back to see if I can place an order over the phone instead, they picked up the phone then hung up immediately. Definitely not going to eat from somewhere that’s so rude from the start lol, also wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone else.

Showed up when my pizza was supposed to be ready, but staff didn’t even check for it — it was already done. Ended up waiting 20 minutes thinking theyd call my name. Only one guy working and his pants were sagging with underwear hanging out. He got into a shouting match with a DoorDash driver so at least i had a show while i waited unnecessarily! They also forgot my ranch and pizza sauce, and the parking lot is a mess. Overall terrible experience.

Never had an issue with the food... Getting it is the problem. Delivery is hit or miss. But don't worry, they still charge you though to later find out your food isn't coming. Then you have to wait until they feel like giving you your $ back. They shouldn't have the option to have food delivered or better yet don't make someone pay if the service your paying for isn't available.
