Jet's Pizza

This was probably some of the best pizza I've had recently. We ordered the turbo crust and it did not disappoint. Be sure to get some of their housemade ranch as well.

If you're asking yourself how to compare to the local Via 313 Pizza being any good? Any fellow Detroiter is going to say most likely yes. I grew up with Jet's in Detroit in the '90s up to the point of me leaving the state in 2009. Pizza is good if you like deep dish. Understand with it being a brand new, they're going to be some heavy wait times and you're going to have to be patient. Let all the wow factor settled down before you judge. I got an aloha pizza with the triple cheese sticks. I enjoyed them more than the other place I mentioned. Pretty cool having Detroit being representing in the central Texas area. Went with my son. We ordered the Detroit style cheese pie and it came out pretty quickly. The crust and cheese were very tasty and crispy but they overwhelmed the taste of the tomato sauce. When compared to other Detroit style pies, I have seen the cheese on top of the dough and then tomato sauce followed by grated cheese. That allowed all the ingredients to balance out.

Online ordering is very easy and simple. Delivery was quick. Pizza arrived hot and freshly made. BUT, it was so bland. It tasted like nothing. The tomato sauce- bland..the cheese - bland. The butter crust is crispy but bland. I wasn't impressed. I wish I could get my money back.

This place was the best pizza place I have ever had!! I first can't thank you enough for making us the last call during that ice storm we were in because we hadn't eaten in 2 days and it would have been even more days for my daughter and I if you didn't take our order so thank you so so much!! The food was absolutely fantastic and literally the best food we have had! I am keto and they had the best everything pizza on cauliflower crust and it tastes better than real it was so good! The best I have ever had! We need one in California orange county. My daughter had the garlic cheese bread and it was a great big potions and very good cheese bread! Her favorite!
