Jet's Pizza

Let’s start by saying, I place my order at 1:15 I get there at 1:43. Order not ready until 1:56. Cool. So ordering online seems stupid. Only at this Jet’s. I order my slice combo. I pay for it. ONLINE. Get here, they tell me. ITS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. The slow boy that’s dirty also, states he don't know why my order not ready cool. Last time I ordered the girl/boy told me it’s no point in ordering online AND PAYING U STILL UAVE TO WAIT.haha.. SO WHATS THE POINT? Of ordering online at ONLY THIS JETS? SINCE THE GIRL/boy been running it. Long wait times and my online order doesn’t matter even if it’s paid for. Ha. I order on Plymouth order ready. Always. It’s paid for. 9mile crew is horrible. I’m a long time customer. And the think 🤔 I’ll start going to Sam’s for cheap quick lunch under $1

I order from this location often. Last week I ordered on line there was an issue with wait time and customer service so I left a review. A day or two later I was contacted by who I think said he was the manager, we discussed my review he apologized for the issues and offered me a credit. I am a rewards member. He said he’d credit me (it was somewhere between $15 - 17), it would be good at that location only to just give them my name the next time I came in. I ordered on line this evening (I should have called to confirm my credit was applicable for the order) I get to store tell the young lady at counter I should have a credit and explained the situation. She asked my name looked said there was nothing there, I asked for manager he came out I explained situation again he looked on the comp

I have ate here for years, no issues. On 11/26/25 I got a pizza that was not accurate. Called spoke to a manager and she told me I either had to come in or get a 10% discount. I explained it was a delivery and its cold and its not my fault the pizza wasnt correct. I explained that it has to be something else she could do and she said no you have to come in. I replied I am a supervisor in customer service its not my fault my pizza is incorrect. She hung up on me. I called back and she hung up again. I drove to the store she was so rude we exchanged words and she didnt remake my pizza stating that they were about to close as several customers got their food. Words were exchanged and I left the pizza she refused to give a refund. She wouldnt give me her name or her boss name. I will never eve

We ordered a large 8 square pizza Pepperoni. Young man who rung me up was pleasant, welcoming, and said that he was the cook as well. Pizza was great, we will be back.

Placed order over the phone. Received my food for which I paid $58 dollars for. Both pizzas wrongly made , with excess cheese on it. Family was unable to eat the pizza. Called the store for a remake of the food and to address my concerns. Was only offered 10% off next order. Manager named Mahlon got upset and hung up on me! Please don’t patronize this place! Food and management is TRASH!!
