Jet's Pizza

Finally, it opened! I love Detroit-style deep-dish pizza, so when I saw the Jet's Pizza on 16th Street, I had to stop for a slice. They're famous for delicious Detroit-style pizza, which has this amazing crispy crust with caramelized cheese because it's baked in steel pans. They also have wings, salads, and "deli boats," which are like calzones. It's mostly pickup, but there are a few tables inside if you can't wait. I got a large 8-slice pie and some slices. I met the manager from the Gilbert location who was helping with the opening. Please support this location.

I've experienced something amazing today. I'm from Tucson and I recently moved to Phoenix a few months ago. This is some of the best pizza I've ever had from a pizza chain. The cinnamon roll sticks are amazing too! I'm not talking about restaurants here. Just pizza chains like Papa John's, Domino's, etc. This pizza chain called Jet's Pizza is better than all the other pizza chains out there. It's even better than Black Jack Pizza! That's saying a lot, because for years I've considered Black Jack Pizza the best pizza chain of them all. Black Jack Pizza is in Tucson and I've had it for years. Despite that I now must say Jet's Pizza is my favorite pizza chain now! Ryan and the rest of the staff helped me out a bunch and all of them were so nice! I ordered a pizza on the Jet's website from this location around 10pm and it was estimated to be delivered around 11pm. It never showed up so I called at 11:20pm and they told me they thought door dash was going to contact me and that I would not be delivered the pizza. I told them I ordered through their website but they still insisted I should work it out with door dash because a door dasher picked up the order. I had to demand a refund and by the time I had their mistake sorted out, it was far too late to order pizza from another establishment. They offered no recompense and just said sorry, bye. The lesson for all is to not rely on Jet's pizza to fulfill your delivery orders so why risk it when there are plenty of other good pizza establishments. I know I won't be taking the chance aga

First Time me and my Partner Eating here, gotta say as big pizza avid eaters we Loved it!! We both agreed its some of the best Chicago style pizza we have tried in a long time. We stopped in for Lunch and tried their 2 slices and 1 bottle soda (20oz) lunch Special and it definitely well worth the price. The girl at the front was so nice and really swift and quick with getting our order placed and out. Excited to come back to try their wings and cheesy breads. Only thing I'd say as a dine in recommendation is to add some music so we are not hearing dead silence or conversations from right being the wall... but other then that 1000% Recommend!!!

I stopped at this new jet's Pizza location for the first time since it opened on this side of town and I normally go to the one off of Shea and Tatum or the one out in Peoria and I've always had a great experience. Great pizzas. Fresh hot. Ready to go. No wait time but today was a different story. I ordered the lunch special which is two slices of pepperoni deep dish Detroit style. They get in my car. I said and open up my lunch and it looked fine but once I bit into it it was so overly sauced with pizza sauce. The dough's raw in the middle and just absolutely gross. I ran out of paper towels trying to mop up the excessive pizza sauce that was on there to make it halfway tolerable to eat. I just couldn't do it anymore so I threw it back in the box.
