Jet's Pizza

The service was prompt and professional, well done. That’s where it ended. The Jets 10 pizza tasted like a burnt tire fire. I’m struggling to get the taste of something rancid and overcooked out of my mouth. I’ve been eating Jets pizza for decades, always exceptional. However the 10 tasted like as if it was cooked on the burning carcass of a Humvee in Mogadishu. I’m considering swearing off pizza all together and convert to veganism. The world is a vampire…

I appreciate the hard work and courtesy of the employees. I'm sure it's not always easy staying cheerful when dealing with the public. Thanks for doing a great job guys! Some of us notice and appreciate you.

I ordered a large pizza and they quoted me 40 mins. I called after an hour wait and the pizza was just coming out of the oven and was told I'd have to wait another hour and forty five minutes to have it delivered. They offered me a free 2 liter. What a joke.

I had ordered two half-and-half pizzas. One pizza was half cheese and half pepperoni. And the other pizza was half supreme and half custom. The custom side had no meat on it. When we got to our destination and opened the pizza, the custom side had pepperoni all throughout it. I usually don’t have trouble with this location. I did the text to order like I usually do. They said they would text me with an approximate time for pick up. I never got that text. When we called to ask about it the employee seemed annoyed. Could be because the system wasn’t working, could be because they were busy. I don’t know. Then we got the pizza and it was put together incorrectly. My wife and I ordered a Detroit style pizza last night. The young person on the phone was professional and easy to speak with. We think Jet’s has the best pizza around. Amazing how many options and ingredients they have. The pizza we had last night was to order and it tasted very good. Thank you to the entire Jet’s team.
