Jet's Pizza

This past weekend I placed an online order at Jet’s Pizza for the first time, and I have to share what an amazing experience I had. When I arrived, I almost picked up the wrong order because another customer had a name similar to mine. Once that was sorted out, I looked over my pizzas and realized one of them wasn’t cut the way I thought I had ordered it. I mentioned that both pizzas were supposed to be like the top one. Without hesitation, the team remade the pizza exactly how it said on the recipe and not like the first pizza I ordered. They kindly explained that I had actually ordered one round pizza online. I double-checked my email receipt and sure enough they were absolutely right. It was completely my mistake, and I apologized for the inconvenience. Even though the mix-up was tech

Really great pizza and the staff is super nice. I didn’t catch the employees name but the girl that helped us order was so sweet! I was visiting Chicago to see my best friend, and she saw our mutual excitement to be hanging out together. A little conversation goes such a long way. :) I see you girl! Appreciate you! Will definitely have to hit up this spot again when I am back visiting my girl! We got a large pepperoni Detroit style pizza and it was so delicious and not too heavy!

Genuinely the best pizza I’ve ever had!! It was so good, we had it for dinner twice for the 3 nights we were in town.

People working here are very friendly, but there has been hair in the pizza both times we went. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting.

One of our regular go-to’s. This pizza is for people who secretly just want to eat bread (but better) for dinner - it’s soft and pillowy in the middle and crispy and cheesy at the crust. Good coupons too.
