The guys closing tonight were amazing especially the guy that took my order and rang me up. They only had wheat bread left ( which I never like to get)and I was emotional from a tragedy going on in my life and he made it up to me for dealing and still getting subs cause I just wanted to get dinner and go back home. Thanks again. Subs are always amazing

Thank you to the lady working on 6/28/2024 @ 6pm. I hope corporate sees this review and rewards you! I placed an online order for delivery. In my instructions I ask “My wife is pregnant, please toast the meat to kill bacteria.” She called me within 5 min of the order being placed and said “This is Jersey Mikes (I wish she gave me her name so she gets the proper kudos), I wanted to let you know we do not toast our subs unfortunately. Would your wife be willing to order a hot sub, at no extra charge, to replace her Italian #13 order so it’s cooked?” My wife is a nurse, and trying to communicate is tough enough while she works, so I told her, “I probably won’t get a response from her for a while, can you just throw the meat on the stove top to cook it?” She said “Unfortunately we cannot, com

The price for what you get is horrible and I will ask my community to stop supporting this place. It's crazy to charge 10 dollars for a half sub with minimal meat and toppings . Please move along. No, I don't want a refund. I don't want a free anything. I want a real sub shop to open up. Please leave

Easily the best cheesesteaks and sub sandwiches from any chain in the wide area north of Orlando!! Very friendly and helpful staff! Just don't come for atmosphere, there isn't any, and that is perfectly OK. Can't eat or drink atmosphere!

I walked into the store w/ my friend to pick up an online order. We wanted to buy chips additionally but no one came to help us. The store was empty. As we waited 10 min for staff (there were 4) we watched our mobile order sit on the counter instead of the “prepared to-go” rack. Food was normal no complaints.
