Jersey Mike's Subs

If I could give negative stars I would. How difficult is it to make a sandwich. Can they differentiate between a giant and a regular. You gave us two regulars with nothing on them. Giants are sometimes 30$ and you shaft us? We order from you often and now we won’t be, and you will give us a refund tomorrow and the actual order. Two regulars and two gatorades for 60 bucks. You are going way downhill. Someone needs to do something about this location. It’s not difficult to read. If you want I can come in and read the orders for you?

We ordered the number 8 gaint extra lettuce extra mayo spices hot pepper spread and bacon. What we got was one quarter of the sub was only cheese no extra lettuce we did get extra mayo and the hot pepper spread but the guy didn't even put bacon on only after my boyfriend said something the guy was like oh you wanted bacon keep in mind a number 8 is a club sub where bacon is included. Has you can see in both pictures the sub is definitely not worth the price. The price for a number 8 gaint is 18.95. We also just find out they over charged us by 3 dollars. Never going back which is sad because we come here once every week. When they first opened they were very good unfortunately the past month the quality has gone way down.

I've been to plenty of Jersey Mike's - well because it has become a steady favorite to get a sub! However, this franchise location was less than optimal. On the website there is an option to order as a group, so my Co workers and I did such, ordered before 11am to have it ready for pick up at noon. The Co worker who picked it up received a nasty comment about the way we ordered and blamed us for our orders not being done b/c of the way we ordered and not to do it that way again. On top of that the sandwiches were drenched in vinegar, the lettuce was soggy. In my sandwich, I had a chunk of the outside rind in my sandwich, the bread was not soft but almost a stale flaky state. Unsatisfactory experience.

For some reason I never tried a sub at Jersey Mike's. I got a really good cheese steak a couple weeks ago. Wow, I wish I would have tried their food a long time ago. Really good!

I ordered a giant Turkey and Provolone with Bacon. Tasted great and customized exactly how I wanted. Service was great and gave me extra mayo. Will be back
