Jersey Mike's Subs

We stopped by Jersey Mike’s Subs yesterday on the way to a cultural event, and it was our first visit. We loved it! The sandwiches were fresh and delicious, made right in front of us with crisp vegetables and quality ingredients. You can customize your sub, choose from different sizes, and everything is put together with care. I had the portobello mushroom with melted cheese, and my kids enjoyed chicken sandwiches. For an additional price, you can also grab a drink and fill it yourself from the machine. The bread was soft and fresh, and everything was wrapped neatly - perfect for dining in or taking out. The staff was professional, well-dressed, friendly, and polite. While the place is small, it felt cozy and comfortable. Overall, a great stop if you’re in the area - I definitely recommend

Very poor customer service by Kaylee?? Every Jersey mikes I have gone to managers and employees take such pride so friendly especially east Windsor .. EW IS AWESOME .. Kaylee should be fired no smile didn’t even ask what I wanted on sub, rude and looked miserable… very disapointed like I said EVERY JM has awesome employees and takes pride .. WW LOCATION .. terrible let me know when if you need a manager .. luv the subs but will never go back to WW miserable women !!!I would rather have paid full price going to east Windsor than use your buy 1 get 1 coupon at WW .. bummed.. JM BEST SUBS EVER been to many locations people are great .. my favorite subs .. but KAYLEE needs to go

Wonderful experience. Sandwiches were amazing. Staff was welcoming and engaging. This was for the morning crew of February 26, 2026.

I stopped by this Jersey Mike’s about 10 minutes before closing, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at the chain. As soon as I walked in, I was told there would be no hot sandwiches because “the grill is already off.” The staff seemed irritated that I even came in, and the attitude was noticeably rude from the start. I ended up ordering a cold sub, which turned out to be extremely dry — possibly even stale. It felt like they just threw something together so they could close up faster. I understand coming in near closing isn’t ideal, but basic courtesy and edible food shouldn’t disappear just because it’s the end of the day. Overall, a really disappointing visit and definitely not the level of service or quality I expect from Jersey Mike’s.

10\10 Jared hooked me up!! He Had great suggestions for drinks and chips! Understood how to build a beautiful sandwhich! If you’re in the area go see Jared!!
