Jersey Mike's Subs

We have ordered from this location many times and never had anything but positive to say from the great service, accurate and well assembled food, to store cleanliness. Unfortunately today we had a horrible experience. We ordered 4 items and 3 out of 4 were incorrect. My Sub Club wrap had no meat. Our Sub Club on wheat also came as a wrap with wrong toppings. The Tuna sub in a tub had a tablespoon of tuna under the salad. Normally there is a generous scoop of tuna on top of the salad. We politely called and explained our trouble, only asking for the tuna sub to be remade. The girl on the phone was apologetic, but upon arrival for the new salad we were told they made no mistakes, there is clearly tuna at the bottom and they refused to replace it or make any effort to make amends. The servers had no personality no people skills what so ever. One guy acted like he didn't enjoy what he was doing n the other guy had an attitude that was just not suitable for his job! The eating area was littered with srcaps of food n we had to cleans off our own table. I've never seen this Jersey Mike's in such a pitiful state. The food was good as usual although the bread was a little too tough. This place needed some serious cleaning n staff that are pleasant acting towards their customers!

I was there on November 13. The women who waited on me were so nice. I needed a sandwich cut into small pieces for my friend who only has use of one arm. They did that, and put it in a container for me. Kudos to the great folks at Jersey Mike's

Wow! We got some great sandwiches. Made just as we asked, and the meats we piled high! So much better than Subway or Firehouse Subs. That's probably why there were so many customers there. Plus it was lunchtime. But we got through the line quickly and were on our way! Highly recommend!

Placed a pick up order at 7:29 and it said it should be done at 7:44. Pick up was not ready until 8:01. There also were 4 workers but only one was making subs. Unacceptable service.
