Jersey Mike's Subs

I have to give a shout out to this particular Jersey Mike's and specifically Brandon who was behind the counter on his "day off" on his own after he'd worked a double the day before. He was polite, respectful, didn't get flustered even with a line. He stayed chipper and upbeat and got everyone their sandwiches, including cleaning all the surfaces and cutter for our special orders of gluten free. I wish I could let him know how much I valued his remarkable service.

Picked up my to go order and got home to find the subs only had meat and cheese. No topings. Checked my order and yes, all subs were ordered with lettuce, tomato, and onion.

Awful service. Your sandwich is never ready on time and the staff ignores you when you walk in. GO TO JERSEY MIKES IN NORWOOD. DO NOT GIVE THIS FRANCHISE/OWNER YOUR MONEY.

First time trying Jersey Mike's. I ordered two subs to review #13 (Italian with hots) and #6 (roast beef). Had them both "Mike's way," and was very happy! I found only a few small faults; again this was my first time there so I may have been able to have the bread toasted. Other than that would have liked to have more hot relish, and banana peppers on the Italian like I ordered. I would say it's up there with the Good Food Store and Pizzeria Grande. I'll have to go back and try their hot subs but I'm only one man! Ah hahaha

For three weeks in a row, I ordered a catering box from Jersey Mike's for tailgating. Each time it was fresh and delicious. It was also done correctly and on time! I wish I could add a photo, but they are always gone when I think of it. The staff at this particular establishment are great to work with!
