Jersey Mike's Subs

On my way out to Platapus Pete's Platapus hatchery to watch his girls lay their eggs and tumble them into their pouch, I just had to stop at the Jersey Mike's Sub Shop for one of those Italian sausages sandos! Jersey Mike's is always a 5 star experience!☆☆☆☆☆

Jersey Mike’s never disappoints! The subs were fresh, perfectly made, and packed with flavor. What really stood out this visit was the outstanding customer service. Calandra was absolutely amazing....friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the experience better. You can tell she takes pride in her work and cares about the customers. Great food, great service, and a great team. I’ll definitely be back!

I go here often for lunch. The staff are always welcoming no matter how busy it may be. The staff connects with customers more than just taking their food order. The conversations they carry to the customers are always strong, caring and comfortable. As a vegetarian I order one sub and this specific location on Alamo, always follows the protocols to ensure I enjoy a meat-free sandwich. Much gratitude for the simple things.

Calandra and Cheyanne were so sweet and helpful. We came in during a little rush but they made a sincere effort to form a meaningful connection all while helping everyone swiftly and efficiently. They definitely made our experience exceptional, we look forward to coming back!

I am writing this review to document a deeply disappointing and unprofessional experience at this Jersey Mike’s location. This was my first time ever visiting a Jersey Mike’s, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. I want to emphasize that I came in after an extremely difficult day. I had a stressful shift at work, had not eaten all day, and was already emotionally drained. I also struggle with dyslexia, so clear signage and menu descriptions are very important for me when ordering. The menu inside the store does not clearly differentiate between hot and cold sandwiches, and because of this, I unintentionally ordered a hot item. When I noticed the meat being cooked, I immediately told another employee that I did not want a hot sandwich and needed to change my order. She relayed this d
