Jersey Mike's Subs

There are 3 employees - one seemed a little urgent and that quickly faded, presumably he is shift lead. My order was made wrong, after waiting to have it cooked. I inquiry on it having to be remade - the same guy (tall caucausian with curly hair) then says unless you want a refund. No - I want my food. He then proceeds to tell me - we're not suppose to do hot subs on wraps. Well sir - you took my order & I've ordered this plenty of times. The service was a joke - I understand yall close in 45 mins but its a sub, not rocket science.

Ok Jersey Mike's, the tuna is really good and the sandwich was made very well. The wait was a bit long. The dining room wasn't that clean.... a few 🪰s observed in the dining area, but none noticed in the food prep area - I was definitely checking, to ensure none landed on my bread. The price point is reasonable and you passed the soft bread test. I downloaded the app and it didn't work 😕. No wifi tho??? I may try another location next time- the one on Albemarle Road has a Tuesday combo Special! Jersey Mike's is my preferred sandwich spot, I hope to return to this location soon to update this review.

I recently visited Jersey Mike’s and was disappointed with my experience. My sub was soggy, which made it unappetizing. In addition, I noticed that proper sanitation procedures were not followed — after taking my sub, the employee handed it right back to me without following hygienic handling steps. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. I usually enjoy Jersey Mike’s, but this visit did not meet the standards I’ve come to expect. I hope the staff can review proper food handling and preparation procedures to prevent this from happening again.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted. I love great customer service. I should have gotten the young ladies name. I ordered Italian Sub, it was delicious.

Jersey Mike’s subs are great, but unfortunately, I called three times to place a large order for my staff and could not get a hold of anyone.
