This Jersey Mike’s location is always consistent — amazing every single time. The sandwiches are consistently delicious, fresh, and made perfectly. What really stands out is the staff: always polite, friendly, and welcoming, no matter how busy it gets. You can tell they care about quality and customer service. This is hands down one of the best Jersey Mike’s locations, and I’m always happy to come back.

I come to this location multiple times per month, and it is always consistent and reliable! The employees are always working so hard, and staying busy! I love their subs! I love how convenient it is too! I use their app and my order is ready by the time I get there! I don’t know all of their names, but Kale specifically remembers me when I come in! She is very personable and friendly to the customers! Highly recommended this location!

This is the best Jersey Mike's in all of Sarasota/Bradenton. Kale and her team do a wonderful job! Well oiled machine that continues to be friendly and create delicious sandwiches each and everytime!

just want to point out that i came in at 6:08 to get my sister a takeout order. Kailin(who’s pictured) was who took care of me and im sorry but there’s no need for her to roll her eyes at me and give me an attitude when im the customer let alone has to repeat my order bc somehow everytime they hear tomato out of mayonnaise. i got #17 all the way add mayo lettuce and cpr sauce. not hard to understand and have to repay it when you’re right in front of me. let alone when she brings the sandwich she slams it on the counter with a attitude. do better bc that’s not how customer service works. the other employee with her was way nicer. i work in customer service and never would do that to someone who’s a paying customer.

This is the cleanest Jersey Mikes we have ever been to. To all other Jersey Mikes locations in the area, please take note: ✅ Tables already clean when you walk in ✅ Prep area spotless and organized ✅ Staff seen making sure areas are clean ✅ Floors clean ✅ Customer service oriented. The person behind the counter didn’t just stare at us waiting for us to order. She was friendly and attentive. All of this plus a great sandwich. To the franchise owner and staff, well done👍👍
