Friendly atmosphere, services were competing against each other. Foot traffic was heavy and at the same time on-line orders outnumbered walk in patrons 2 to 1. The crew working stayed on task, focused and delivered food products as quickly as they could. Yes demand increased, but the quality of the food items didn't decrease. I commend the actions of that team.

I am a big Jersey Mikes fan. I have been eating Jersey Mikes since 2014, when I was stationed in OKC. Today marks my last day eating at this locations Jersey Mikes. For the readers, the food is fine, I get a number 43 with pickles and bacon. My issue is with greed. I just learned today that this place does not offer military discounts anymore. Which normally is not an issue but there is to many other places nearby that make great sandwiches that is veteran owned and or offer military discounts. So unless there is a change or I move to a Jersey Mikes that does military discounts, I wont return. 10% might not be much but it does give me a feeling of appreciation. So 3 stars for good food and 0 stars for upper management. I consider this place to be NOT military friendly.

Jersey Mike’s never disappoints! The #9 and #8 sandwiches on the rosemary bread are simply amazing — always fresh, flavorful, and made perfectly every time. The staff is always a delight to interact with: professional, friendly, and they truly pay attention to detail and customer requests. Excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this location!

We had another great experience with great food and service. Ashton went above and beyond to deliver great service tonight. It’s crazy how great service is hard to find sometimes.

I'm done giving the benefit of the doubt to this location. We used to come here regularly, but the quality of the food continues to be a problem. The last 5 times I've been to this location, the bread is hard as a rock and stale. Always cuts up the roof of my mouth. Tonight, the lettuce is yellow and limp. The customizable options were ignored on 2 of 4 sandwiches. The tables are dirty nearly every time we decide to dine in. It's just not worth the hassle, especially for sandwiches at this price point.
