Jersey Mike's Subs

When I order from this location using the app my order is incorrect. This location has a poster in the window advertising they offer curbside pickup but they do not offer a curbside pickup at this location. I communicated that to Jersey Mike’s several months ago but the poster is still there.

Worst Jersey mikes I’ve been to. I got there with only one person in front of me thinking it would go quick, I have a gluten allergy so I anticipate a few extra minutes to clean down the surfaces. It took 10minutes for me to get my sandwich. I get a #3, super simple, just ham and cheese, on the gluten free bread, I do it mikes way with extra onion and no tomato. Not a hard order at all but it took three different people asking me what I wanted for them to make it. The old guy who put the toppings on it tried to put just tomato. Then at checkout I asked for a large drink. They rang it in and I paid but he handed me a regular cup, I told him I asked for the large/giant and he said it rang it in as a regular and looked at me like it was my fault. Online order placed for 3 sandwiches...given direction where to pick up sandwiches and by given time. Arrived after designated pick up time; order not ready. Sandwiches stated on menu bored came with bacon...received little bacon pieces. I have never received this, always full strips..is this new? One customized sandwich asked for jalapeños, received 0. Side of relish , received 0.... 3 sandwiches= $50(2 giant, 1 regular..0..drinks/chips)..actually surprised with this franchise and brand

Best sandwich I ever had in my life Jersey Mike's is way better than Jimmy John's or Subway. If I'm ever in Tualatin again I'll definitely stop by.

Ordered a sandwich from Jersey Mike’s Tualatin through DoorDash, and bit into a hard, sharp piece of plastic. Will not be ordering from here again.. And when I called the store to let them know, the worker seemed less than concerned. And I wasn’t able to speak to a manager because they were in a meeting.. I’m not looking for any free voucher. I just want to let people know about this..
