Customer Reviews
I called in the morning of my large corporate event and ordered 4 of the catering boxes of subs, salads, chips, cookies, and drinks: they were so kind and accommodated me on short notice. I arrived early and they were prompt and extremely helpful. I will absolutely be ordering from here again for a future of events.
I never had sandwiches/subs from this chain but once I had it, I really wouldn't go anywhere else. I visit the store in Goldsboro and Wilson...very good food and experience!
I grew up near PP Beach and visited the original Jersey Mike's many times growing up. The bread was large, the meat plenty, and lettuce onions and tomatoes filled the sandwich. Fast forward to today in Wilson, NC. I ordered a "giant" turkey and provolone. I watched the worked carefully place paper thin slices of provolone. Then another single layer of thinly sliced turkey. This was all topped with some onions, lettuce and tomatoes. This was not the sandwich I remembered from growing up. I realize that everything is more expensive now but charging almost $19 for a lethargic sandwich is robbery. Where's the MEAT !!!!!
Last 4 times i did an online order i get there 5 minutes after the estimated ready time and still have to wait 20 minutes and it isn't busy inside the store, first time this happened i was given 3 free sub coupons, but im not looking for handouts when my time is more valuable and cannot be replaced. That's the point of the online order. And i also would leave a tip even though i wasn't actual service.
Oh man you guys were packed that day! But the crew here just hustled and got everyone through within minutes of each order. Kudos to the crew. 🙌
