I came in on a pickup order 10 min before closing for a hot sub. One of the employees made a mistake on my sub. Instead of just handing me wrong sub he expressed his apology to me and went on to remake with no issues. The manager was amazing and offered a free drink. It was just amazing customer service

We needed a last minute catered lunch option and Jersey Mike’s came through big time. The sub box was perfect for our group and the turnaround was fast, even with short notice. Everything was fresh, easy to serve, and exactly what we needed. Definitely a go to option when you need something quick and reliable.

I just want to say Jersey Mike’s subs are excellent. I’m in the middle of eating mine it’s so good. I had to stop to do a review. The entire staff was phenomenal. I got greeted when walked in. Customer service was so nice. They were so pleasant and the sub is fantastic and I don’t eat subs, but I will be eating Jersey Mike’s. The turkey is so fresh. I can give you a little picture of it.

Today was a day of giving at Jersey Mike’s. I ordered online, but when I went into the restaurant, it was packed, so it took a bit longer. Totally understandable. I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many workers behind the counter in a tight spot working so hard. The tickets comically kept coming out of the printer, but yet it was like a well-oiled machine. I don’t think that anyone minded the delay because there was no reason to get upset. It was busy and everyone was fine with it. Great job today, Jersey Mike’s! By the way, our subs were delicious!
