Customer Reviews
Small establishment especially during lunch time. All the tables were taken and when someone left the crew didn’t bother to clean any, so we sat at a dirty table that we needed to wipe down ourselves. The sub looks great when it is closed, but as I bit into it all I could really taste was the sauce and the bacon. Couldn’t taste the chicken, because it hardly had any. Check out the opened sub to barely see any chicken in it. I was not happy with my sub or the dirty tables. My hubby’s sub had more meat and tomatoes in his. The best part was the service. I will say the young man who attended us was very polite.
We’ve eaten here several times and the quality of the sandwiches has been very good, that was until tonight. My wife placed an order for pickup, only to get home and find out they had put the wrong sandwich in the bag. She drove all the way back and returned home again and the sandwich was awful. (Chicken Bacon Ranch cheesesteak.) I’ve had this same sandwich many times at different locations and it’s been very good. This time, the bun was super soggy, bacon was barely cooked, and the overall taste of the sandwich was off. We won’t be returning. Clearly there has been a drop in quality since the store was shiny and new.
A sub above, but just barely. If sub way is a two star chain, then I give this 3. Nothing special is happening here, there specialty, red wine vinegar is not for me on a sub. Also, not toasting the meat, cheese and bun is minus one star for any sub place. Yes they have a grill top for certain things, maybe your sub would benefit from that, mine would not. Perhaps I'm spoiled. Overall this place is fine if you got $16 to spend on half a run of the mill sub and a fountain drink. I will say at this particular location the staff was very friendly and professional.
Staff was friendly, I was expecting the regular sized sub for almost 11$ to be not this tiny, Chipotle sandwich. Other then then it's a nice place in a good location.
Walked in to witness a lady talk terribly to an employee. It was obvious the youth was a teenager and probably on his first job. I turned around and walked right back out. To the young man hold your head up and seek employment elsewhere. You will find someone who will treat you with respect and not belittle you. That manager should be ashamed of herself.
